Membership Application Forms

To be completed at the Dojo.

It covers all age groups and shows the annual membership fee.

(The application may be cancelled within 24 hours and the fee returned)

A wrist turning technique is causing the bigger student to fall down.

Juniors

Under 14 years old

Teacher is failing to bend the junior students arm because it is outstreched in a relaxed way whilst reaching in her mind for something in the distance.

Youth

Aged 14, 15 or 16 years old

The falling Aikidoist has been made to afll without force by her arm being stretched out so that she looses balance.

Adult

Aged 17 to 65 years old

The older student is leading the other who was trying to control the former by holding his wrist.

Seniors

Aged over 65

There are parental consent forms for students younger than 18 years old, and a form to record health issues or disabilities.
